Portan Art is the newest business unit of Portan S.A. an international moving company with over 40 years of experience relocating people around the world.


During all these years serving our clients, Portan has followed the highest standards of professional ethics, quality and security on a strong financial base.


In 2018 Portan decides to create its most recent business unit in order to provide professional art services to both the local and international art sphere. As part of Portan Art’s portfolio we offer transportation, handling, packaging and the design and construction of customized wooden crates.

As part of our art handling team, we have bilingual professionals with an art background. Our handling and packing art team has been specifically trained to work with delicate and invaluable works of art. We follow packing and handling internal protocols in order to deliver maximum security to each art piece that has been placed under our care.

MEET

Our Art Handling Director is Ana María Zuluaga. She has a master’s degree in art curatorship from The University of Sydney, a postgraduate diploma in art history and theory from The University of Melbourne in Australia. She has an art history and theory bachelor from Universidad de los Andes. While in Australia she worked as assistant curator for a regional gallery and in Colombia she has devoted her time to work in the art education field.
